Giuseppe Franco “Joey” Pagano is a Central New York-based writer with a diverse body of work, ranging from state government to higher education to journalism. He has experience in research centers focused on disability law, employment for people with disabilities, and disability-inclusive education and in the New York State Senate. A graduate of the S.I.
